The Contest is open to legal residents of the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio and Northern Kentucky regions, where not prohibited by law, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry who have Internet access and a valid Facebook account prior to the beginning of the Contest Period. Sponsor has the
right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

The Sweepstakes begins on or about December 18, 2022, on or about Noon EST and ends on or about December 26, 2022, on or about Noon EST. (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries (submissions) must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or
shorten the contest at their sole discretion.

You can enter the Sweepstakes through Curative Printing’s Facebook post. Entrants must like and comment to participate in the contest.The entrant will receive one (1) official entry into the drawing.

All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be gathered into a database at the end of the Submission Period. A winner will be chosen at random.
The winners will be announced on or about December 27, 2022 on or about noon EST.

Announcement and instructions for prize will be communicated to the contact information supplied on the potential prize winner’s Facebook profile. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her Facebook account for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this sweepstakes. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Administrator (or Sponsor) within forty-eight (48) hours, using the contact information provided on their Facebook profile, or if the prize is returned as unable to use, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize and a new winner may be chosen at that time. Upon the request of the Sponsor, the potential winner may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Prize Acceptance Form and IRS W-9 form. If a potential winner fails to comply with these official rules, that potential winner will be disqualified. Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received.

Four (4) Tickets and one (1) Parking Pass to the Cincinnati Bengals Monday Night Game, Cincinnati Bengals versus Buffalo Bills on January 2, 2023 at 8:00 pm EST. Game location is at Paycor Stadium, 1 Paycor Way, Cincinnati, OH 45202. Seats are located at Section 120, Row 34 Seats 5, 6, 7, 8. Parking pass is located at CRG WEST (GREEN) also located at 1 Paycor Way, Cincinnati, OH 45202. Combined maximum value is $460.25. In addition to the tickets, winner receives four (4) Curative branded hoodies, four (4) Curative branded beanie hats and four (4) Curative branded decals.
